To apply for an Opportunity Trust Fund grant, it is required that all applicants follow the North Jersey Partners' Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Applicants must complete the attached form. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, individual businesses or business partnerships, educational entities, economic development organizations, workforce intermediaries, community-based organizations, public sector entities, faith-based and other organizations with a history of executing positive workforce initiatives.
